The Role
As AI Product Manager, you'll shape how millions of people harness artificial intelligence to create and share their ideas more effectively. You'll drive our AI strategy across the product, ensuring we deliver magical experiences while maintaining reliability and trust.
- Stay ahead of frontier model capabilities
- Own key metrics including AI feature adoption, generation quality, and new AI-enabled revenue streams
- Lead a dedicated squad of engineers and designers
- Partner directly with our founders to shape a differentiated AI vision and strategy
You'll lead ambitious initiatives across our most critical product surfaces:
AI Creation Experience
- Weave AI into every stage of creation, from brainstorming to formatting to presenting
- Create intuitive interfaces for users to guide and refine AI generations
- Pioneer new interaction patterns for balancing automation with user control
AI Platform Infrastructure
- Build robust evaluation frameworks to measure generation quality
- Optimize model selection, costs, and performance at scale
- Develop systematic approaches to prompt management and improvement
- Create guardrails and safety mechanisms for AI-generated content
About you

Hands-on with AI
You have hands-on experience working with large language models and generative AI, either through work or substantial side projects. You understand the technical capabilities and limitations of frontier models, and you know how to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences. You're not just theoretical - you love getting your hands dirty with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
