The Role
As our first Customer Success Manager, you'll pioneer our customer success function and help teams unlock the full potential of Gamma. You'll be the bridge between our rapidly growing customer base and our product team, driving adoption and ensuring customer success at scale.
You'll shape how teams experience Gamma by:
  • Converting individual signups into thriving team accounts
  • Building deep relationships with our largest customers
  • Channeling customer insights into product improvements
  • Creating a success playbook and scaling it to thousands of active teams
You'll lead critical initiatives across multiple areas:
Customer Growth & Expansion
Drive the expansion of team accounts from individual users to full team adoption. You'll identify growth opportunities, craft custom solutions, and help teams implement Gamma effectively across their organizations.
Strategic Account Management
Own relationships with our largest customers, understanding their unique needs and use cases. You'll be their trusted advisor, ensuring they get maximum value from Gamma while gathering crucial feedback for product development.
Product Strategy & Innovation
Partner directly with our product and design teams to shape the future of Gamma's team offering. You'll synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights that drive product improvements and new feature development.

You've successfully grown and retained customer accounts in a product-led growth environment. You have experience partnering with both customers and internal teams to drive adoption and satisfaction, with a proven track record of expanding accounts through user adoption.

You thrive being the first in your function and love building things from scratch. You dont' read a playbook, you write it. You're comfortable with ambiguity and excited about shaping the future of customer success at Gamma through experimentation and pattern recognition.

You can spot patterns across customer interactions and translate them into actionable insights. You balance customer advocacy with business objectives and can develop scalable solutions that work for both customers and the company.

You're naturally curious about technology, you love using AI to speed up your own workflow, and you're excited to become a Gamma expert. You can effectively demonstrate product value to different audience types and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly. You can navigate complex customer relationships while maintaining strong partnerships with internal teams.
